Thank-you for contacting 10-8 Investigative Services for all your investigative needs.

It is very easy to get started and submitting your very first investigative request.  There are some regulatory items that are mandatory before we start.

First, we will require you to sign an Investigative Services Retainer Agreement.  The reason for this agreement is to establish the relationship formally.  Many of our informational providers absolutely require that we have this relationship with you, the client before they will disseminate any information to us.

If the Investigative Services Retainer Agreement is not signed and acknowledged, unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with the requisite information that you are seeking.  We will send this form to you via HelloSign (DropboxSign) for you to review and sign electronically.  The system will automatically send you a copy of the signed version of the Investigative Services Retainer Agreement.

Second, if you are applying as an individual, we will need a copy of any government-issued picture identification such as a driver's licence.  Our regulations dictate that we must ensure that you are a real identifiable person before we will give you personal information of the entity(s) you are seeking.

If you are applying as a business, we will need a copy of either your Business Name/Sole Proprietor registration or your Corporation registration. accompanied with your government-issued picture identification.

If you are currently an Ontario Law Society Licencee, we will conduct a check of your licence profile as your identification and status of your licence.
