Checking the Status of an Existing Investigative Request

Checking the status of an existing Investigative Request is very easy to do on the portal.  All you will need to do is to navigate to https://10-8.freshdesk.com and go to the link "View all Tickets".


All the investigative tickets will be there with their appropriate status and progress.
